BATON ROUGE, LA SEPTEMBER 23, 2010: Sable International announced this morning that they will be hosting the Lincoln-II Career Fair in collaboration with the Baton Rouge Black Chamber of Commerce.  The career fair will take place Thursday October 7, 2010 for 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.  The event will take place at the Lincoln-II Building, 1116 South 14^th Street.

The career fair will feature local employers looking to hire new employees in addition to local training and career colleges. The format of the career fair will allow for on-site interviews by participating companies.  Job seekers will also have the opportunity to have their resumes reviewed by professional career placement counselors.

The day’s events will open with a preliminary session featuring brief comments from Metro Councilwoman Tara Wicker and Louisiana State Representative Patricia Haynes-Smith.
